SIGNS:
Please have a sign by your entry with your name, city and state, a description of your entry’s features, and modifications. (NO FOR SALE SIGNS)
SAFETY REGULATIONS:
Gas caps should be locked or taped, and the hot battery cable must be fireproof. Keys are to be removed from all displayed vehicles. Each vehicle on display must have a drip cloth placed underneath. Vehicles must be roped off from spectators. The Safety Committee has final approval or disapproval on all displayed vehicles and displays. The City Fire Ordinance prohibits use of any flammable material such as bark.
SETUP:
Friday 8:00AM-12:00PM. All entries must be setup by Friday at 3:00PM and remain on the floor until Sunday 5:00PM. No spaces guaranteed.
